- Demonstrate visible safety leadership which will set the tone for all our employees, subcontractors, and all operations.
- Review and evaluate our HSE objectives and performance periodically to ensure that our HSE goals are being met.
- Potential and anticipated risks to our personnel and operations are proactively identified and mitigated.
- Drive continuous improvement of the HSE management system to enhance performance by establishing objectives and regularly analyzing our performance.
While the senior management team are ultimately responsible for HSE in our organization, all employees and stakeholders must share in the implementation of this policy. We shall encourage all employees to take full ownership and accountability of this policy.
